Perluasan Hotel Sriwedari yang menyangkut Tanah Kas Desa. b. Pembebasan Tanah Kas Desa Caturtunggal oleh PT.Sinar Waluyo. c. Tukar Menukar Tanah Kas Desa Bangunjiwo untuk Yayasan Pendidikan Kerjasama. Dengan kesimpulan : a. Perlu ada pembenahan pelaksanaan pembebasan tanah maupun tukar menukar sesuai ketentuan berlaku. b. Perlu ada koordinasi terkait sistim penetapan kelas yang berbeda yakni antara penetapan harga dasar versi Inspeksi Pajak dan Bupati.
